A panel discussion on the above theme was held in Kathmandu on Nov. 23, 2014 with participation from COSATT member and prominent think-tanks from all the 8 member states. It was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Foreign Minister Mahendra Bahadur Pandey of Nepal. On the occasion, CSAS-COSATT book “Realizing the Vision of a South Asian Union” was also launched.
