Hotel, Kathmandu. Deputy Head of Mission of the Delegation of the EU
Stephane Maicon and fmr. Under Secretary General of the UN Amb. Gyan
Chandra Acharya jointly launched the publication. Dr. Mallika Joseph,
who is one of the chapter authors attended the programme along with
other authors who joined phycally and via zoom.
